Flashback is a spaced-repetition learning application that helps you turn technical knowledge into long-term memory. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:
We do not collect your name, location, phone number, payment information, or any device identifiers.
We do not use your data for advertising, analytics profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the app.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is stored on our own servers and is never disclosed to external parties except where required by law.
Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit. Passwords are never stored in plain text. We apply industry-standard practices to protect your data.
Flashback is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
